Description
Armada com martelo is a double kick with spinning motion that starts with armada pulada and ends with martelo. The capoeirista begins with the same armada movement. While the first leg is raised, they jump off the back leg. Once the first leg completes its arc, the leg they jumped from turns into a jumping martelo rodado.
