Description
The hallmark of this move is that both legs stay together during takeoff, execution, and landing. Its name, armada dupla, comes from that trait and literally means "double armada." After takeoff, the torso stays upright and vertical, then spins quickly so the legs come around and up. At the peak, the body forms a "V." The legs keep rotating as the body straightens to land.
