Description
From the esquiva or negativa, the free hand extends in an arc over the head in the direction of motion. The foot that extends farthest from the body leaves the ground first, with momentum. The extending hand is then placed on the other side of the body. The bending of the arms at the elbows supports the weight as both legs pass bent in front and slightly above the body.. While inverted, the body must be closed and protected. One foot touches the ground and then the other. The last step is to return to esquiva.
